By law a website selling services or goods MUST have a physical contact address, a phone number is not enough, anyone could be on the other end of the telephone telling you all sorts.A spell casting website MUST state the prices of products and services for sale, if the site has no prices visible it is a scam. Check the website has an ordering page.
Never ever send money to any online witch, healer or psychic by Western Union, unfortunately scams are notorious for using Western Union, no reputable business uses Western Union. Equally avoid websites offering just PayPal, anyone can obtain a PayPal business account.
Avoid one page websites, these fake witches are not thinking long term, here today gone tomorrow, they put no effort into their website, do not become their next victim.
Remember there are 1000s of scams out there, losing your money to a con artist is awful, but worst still you will not get any spells cast, your situation may get worst due to the valuable time you have lost.
Karma will catch up with these evil cheats. They a mocking spells, magic and witchcraft ... saying it is not real and fools will give them all their money. They are WRONG witchcraft is very real and KARMA will deal with them. The pain they cause will bounce back onto them 10 fold.
Do not use websites operating illegally.
The Internet does have laws ~ E-commerce Laws.
If a website does not have a physical contact address on it, do not send anyone any money. Even if you do not really need an address the law states a trading website must supply you with one. You would not send money to a website selling books with no address would you? Certainly not.
All book and genuine websites have contact addresses and their prices clearly displayed as they are not out to cheat you. Please do not think witches are any different, they must obey the law.
I have seen one page websites that do not contain an email address, again it breaks the law; e-commerce states a website should have an email address if it is selling something. The phone witch charlatans once they have your money will not talk to you, unless they think they can get more money out of you.

All real reputable business use their website email address not hotmail, yahoo or gmail, wouldn't you think it ODD if your wrote to a large company such as Bloomingdale's and they replied from a hotmail address? Would you trust it? No, you'd be extremely suspcious in fact - use exactly the same logic when dealing with internet spell casters, witches and psychic.
